Quality Control is the beginning of a good plywood sheet and good customer relation. Bonny Chang makes sure that our Quality Inspection Team is checking the quality of the product before leaving the factories. She has been trained by our Quality Management to lead our field Quality Inspection Team and supervise the quality control department. The world of plywood has implemented grading rules world wide, which are very similar. In order to enforce these grading and packaging rules, we have strengthend our Quality Inspection Team to make sure the rules are kept. The grading rules which we base our contracts on are: European EN - Norm + Russian GHOST + Finn Standard + British Standard + Japanese Standard + German DIN + IHPA Grading Rules + APA Rating, etc. etc. What makes a good quality product in plywood, block board, edge glued lumber, other wooden sheets products and flooring OUR 10 GOLDEN QUALITY RULES 1. Thickness and angle tolerances for face and core veneers and composed plywood sheets 2. Appropriate choice if glue lines, such as MR E-1, WBP ( Water Boil Proof ) and real Phenolic glue 3. Controlled moisture content, good drying 4. core construction without overlaps and voids and glue joint of core veneer 5. Appropriate choice of core veneers for core from A B C D E and F grade 6.
